My role as an external tutor in Business Transformation, Information Systems and E-Commerce at Durham University Business School on their MBA and MA programmes, as well as supervising masters level dissertations, keeps the brain well fed with ideas. |

| Partner and Educational Consultant. My activities include
systems training and education, creation of technical documentation as well as information
systems quality assurance (making certain John et al have got it
right). I have many years' management and customer service experience in commercial, training and administrative areas in leading-edge organisations involved in telecommunications, computing and public relations and have delivered numerous training courses to many 'blue chip' companies. As well as first class presentation, training and inter-personal skills, I have particular empathy with new users of computer applications. All this has given me an enviable reputation and won us much repeat business. I firmly believe in adapting to meet the spontaneous needs of trainees - no two courses are ever the same! I am happy to provide training on a one-to-one or one-to-many basis, at all levels within organisations. |
