Originally developed for a local university, we have since developed our standard framework further and added some features we believe are important in managing customer relationships.

A comprehensive system for the small to medium size enterprise, it stores details of clients and contacts, and the activities associated in managing the relationship with them.  The framework provides for the planning and management of activities and events, and for marketing (and other) communication campaigns.

It allows users to log and analyse communication, along with other activities associated with their business partners.

Data can be merged with Microsoft Word, and an interface to Microsoft Outlook allows users to utilise Email to communicate with all parties.

The fundamental characteristics of contacting and managing the communication with business partners do not change greatly from industry to industry, and the management of such contact follows typical patterns.
