Documents are scanned to one of any number of user defined inboxes, from where they are indexed and stored in appropriate folders anywhere on your desktop computer or network.

As documents are indexed and stored, interested parties can be made aware by email as well as having relevant data made available to them on the organisation's intranet.

The system provides comprehensive search facilities, providing a list of matches with hyperlinks to the stored documents.

Facilities exist for users to define their own document areas, categories, index fields, types, sources and recipients.  Storage locations can be anywhere on the computer or network's file system.
